Order Status & History
Reviewing Your Order Status
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) shipped or 2) processing. It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to orders in processing. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service.
To view the details of a particular order, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page (if you have not done so already, you will be prompted to sign-in before accessing you account). Next, select the heading "Order History". Select the order you would like to view and the order details page will appear.
Once an order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that evening, containing your tracking information. You may also call Customer Service for assistance tracking your order. When you call, please have the order number ready.
Reviewing Your Order History
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Order History" from the main "My Account" page. The Order History screen will appear, displaying all orders you have placed with Mezing and will include order numbers, dates and the first item included in your order.
How to find products?
You can search for items on Mezing in the following ways:
* By category, listed on the upper toolbar ("Women's Ready-to-Wear", "Handbags & Accessories")
* By brand, listed in a drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the screen
* By browsing the "Brand Shops," which can be found on the upper toolbar
* By entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper toolbar. This will take you directly to any specific product information page.
When you see a product you like while shopping, choose the size and color, enter the quantity desired, indicate who the recipient of that item will be, check the gift box (if this is a gift), and select the "Buy" button.

Registered Users
You may include yourself on our mailing list by completing your Modify Your Password & Personal Profile.
Non-Registered Users
Please take a moment to Register/Sign in in on our site and complete your Modify Your Password & Personal Profile.

Modify Your Order
Last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service. You may determine whether or not an order has been shipped by checking your Order Status & History.
How do I register/sign-in?
Mezing Registration
Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the Mezing website, but also enables you to use our personalized features such as address book and gift finder. Registered customers may also opt to be part of our Mezing mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process, simply sign-in to access their existing account.
How to register
You may access the registration screens by clicking on "register" at the top of the Mezing home page. Registration is divided into two pages. On the first page, the only information that is required to set up your Mezing account is your name, email address, password and country of residence. The Personal Profile section on this page is optional, but will enable Mezing to provide you with a more personalized experience in the future. You can choose to save your registration at this point or continue to the second page.
How to sign-in
You may sign in to the site by clicking "sign in" at the upper left side of the Mezing home page. You will also be prompted to sign-in when you attempt to access a feature that requires you to be registered, such as My Account, and Checkout.
When you select one of these features, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and password to sign in. If you ever forget your password, you can find instructions on retrieving it by clicking on Modify Your Password & Personal Profile
What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Modify Your Password
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new password. Enter the new password a second time to confirm it. Enter a password hint. Select "Save".
How to receive your password reminder
If you are attempting to log into Mezing and cannot recall your password, click on "Did you forget your password?" at the bottom of the Sign In screen. Within moments, you will receive an email providing you with the password hint that you entered when you registered.
If you are still unable to remember your password based on your password hint, you may contact customer service to have a new, confidential password sent to you.
Modify Your Personal Profile
To modify your personal profile, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Personal Profile." Enter or modify your profile information (gender, age range, areas of interest). Indicate whether or not you wish to be notified of Mezing news and promotions by email. Select "Save."
Modify Your Email Address
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new email address. Select "Save".
